Visalia Man Sentenced to Life in Prison for Child Molestation
On December 27, 2024, in Department 10 of the Tulare County Superior Court, Visalia Division, the court sentenced Patrick Fuller, age 42, to life in prison for child molestation.
At trial in October 2024, a jury found Fuller guilty of three felony counts of child molestation, one felony count of possession of child pornography, and 14 felony counts of using minors for sex acts. The jury found true that Fuller committed the crimes against multiple victims and that some of the acts constituted substantial sexual conduct. The crimes were committed against two female minors between 2012 and 2017.
According to current California sentencing laws, Fuller must serve 25 years before being considered for parole. As part of his sentence, Fuller is ordered to register as a sex offender.
The case was prosecuted by Supervising Deputy District Attorney Laura Jackson and investigated by the Visalia Police Department.
