Orosi Predator Sentenced to Life in Prison
On February 17, 2026, in Department 4 of the Tulare County Superior Court, Visalia Division, the court sentenced Manuel Huitron, age 70, to life in prison for child molestation.
From 2016 to 2019, Huitron abused eight female victims, all under the age of 14. On some occasions, Huitron would give small amounts of money to victims after inappropriately touching them.
On January 15, 2026, Huitron pleaded no contest to 8 felony counts of child molestation with special allegations that many of the crimes constituted substantial sexual conduct.
In addition to his sentence, Huitron must register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life. According to current California sentencing laws, Huitron must serve 25 years prior to becoming eligible for parole.
The case was prosecuted by deputy district attorney Alizabeth Ramirez and was investigated by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.
