Grand Jury Returns No Bill in 2021 Toddler Death

A Tulare County criminal grand jury has returned a no bill finding in the November 2021 death of one-year-old girl in Visalia.  

On December 2, 2024, Tulare County District Attorney prosecutors began presenting evidence received from a Visalia Police Department investigation. After deliberation, the grand jury returned a no bill finding (no criminal charges) on December 10, 2024.

California law precludes the release of further information regarding these proceedings. Based on the grand jury’s findings, the Office of the District Attorney does not contemplate taking any further action at this time.
