CHIEF’S MESSAGE
The primary purpose of the Bureau of Investigations is to provide professional investigative support for the prosecutors in the Office of the District Attorney. All District Attorney Investigators are sworn peace officers. The Bureau is staffed with some of the most experienced investigators in Tulare County. Members of the Bureau of Investigations are recognized throughout Tulare County for their expertise in a wide array of investigative functions ranging from homicide investigations to complex and intricate white collar criminal activity.
The Bureau is comprised of a Financial Fraud Division supervised by Assistant Chief Josh Rowlett and a Trial Readiness Division supervised by Assistant Chief Gregg White.

LINDY GLIGORIJEVIC
Chief of Investigations
Chief Gligorijevic has been with the Office of the District Attorney since 2008 and became the Chief of Investigations in 2015.
She began her law enforcement career with the Los Angeles Police Department in 1985. Her experience ranges from patrol in Hollywood, Rampart, and the 77th Divisions to rising to the rank of Detective III investigating homicides, sex crimes, and robberies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an Executive Management POST certificate.
GREGGORY WHITE

Assistant Chief Gregg White joined the Office of the District Attorney in 2006 after a decade of service at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office. As a DA Investigator, he was worked a variety of assignments and served as a Sergeant for eight years. He is a graduate of both SLI and the LAPD Leadership Academy. As a Marine veteran, veteran affairs remain of paramount importance to him and he helps fundraise for the Veterans of Tulare County.
JOSH ROWLETT

Financial Fraud Division
Assistant Chief Josh Rowlett joined the Office of the District Attorney in 2001 as an Investigator Aide. As a member of the Rural Crime Taskforce, Rowlett created a GIS crime mapping system where he conducted crime analysis for the taskforce. Since becoming a DA Investigator in 2007, he has served across many units and was promoted to Sergeant in 2017. Assistant Chief Rowlett has a Bachelor’s Degree in Victimology from Fresno State University and is also a graduate of the SLI and LAPD Leadership Academies.
