Criminal Investigator Promoted to Supervisor

District Attorney Tim Ward is pleased to announce the promotion of District Attorney Investigator Martha Rodriguez to supervisor.

A nine-year veteran of the Bureau of Investigations, Rodriguez has worked in a variety of assignments including the public integrity unit and is a founding member of the Bureau’s Peer Support Team. In addition, Rodriguez served as the law enforcement chairperson for the Tulare County Human Trafficking Task Force and is an instructional facilitator for the Department of Justice Cyber Crimes Training Program where she is a sought-after instructor for her expertise in human trafficking.

Prior to her tenure with the Bureau of Investigations, Rodriguez served as a police officer for four years with the City of Mendota. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Science from UCLA and a Master of Science in Criminology from Fresno State. She completed the Tulare-Kings police academy simultaneously while studying at UCLA.

Rodriguez’s promotion will take effect January 1. The TCDA Bureau of Investigations is comprised of 42 sworn experienced police professionals with a variety of law enforcement expertise.
